It was another chilly start to the morning! We made our way to the bike track, which had some fresh snow on it. The new snow made it possible for us to do some tracking in the snow. We found rabbits tracks, bird tracks, and possibly a mouse/vole. We also found a dead squirrel, which we buried out of the way.
We then split into two teams to create a sledding obstacle challenge for the other team. It was really great to see the students be creative and work together.
After a snack and story in the cabin to warm up, we spent the rest of the day with the Red Foxes class. We built swings and went on the SlackLine together. It was awesome to see the students look out for each other and help each other try something new. The Red Foxes were great mentors to the Rabbits class and we really enjoyed being together.
